Blue Brick Partners performs start-up consulting to select companies. We offer a different approach to the typical guide following consultants. We offer a hand-holding, 24/7 on-call, guidance and consulting service.
Based on the client needs, we will either act in an advisory role to advise clients of the proper direction for the next steps or we can make decisions in the best interest of our clients. For first time start-up clients, we typically push for the latter because emotions can skew start-ups from their original plan.
We can perform all duties from building a business plan, private placement memorandum for share sales, staffing suggestions, salary suggestions, idea protection (copyright filing and/or patent filing), business formation and structure, writing company plan, bylaws and schedules, and market survey/marketing reports.
