The situation
The client is a healthcare company with more than 200 employees. They needed an AI governance policy, and because of the data they handle, it had to address the particular requirements around personally identifiable information (PII) and HIPAA compliance.
What we did
We built a framework around the company's goals as an organization, then handed it to one of our contract counsel partners to make sure it met the client's legal needs. Blue Brick works with several attorneys, both independent and at large firms, who provide contract counsel to our clients when an engagement calls for it. The policy is now in use throughout the company.
We keep our clients and their properties anonymous to protect their privacy, and every client gets the same confidentiality. Why we don't post client names
